Connected it to a network but it will not print

Connected it to a network with 3 computers but it will not print from the other 2 computers if I disconnect (from network) the laptop I originally setup the printer with the USB cable (USB now disconnected). I setup each of the 2 other PC's as per disk instructions.

The other computers on the network need to add this printer to their computer.
Follow these steps to set-up a shared network printer :-
1. Connect the printer to the computer and install the printer driver.
2. Open Printers and Faxes - right click on this printer and click Sharing - click Sharing tab and click Share this printer, then if you wish you can change the Share name, then click OK
3. Right click on the printer – click Properties - click Print Test Page to confirm printer installation.

1. Open Printers and Faxes – click Add a printer – Next – select A network printer, or a printer attached to another computer - Next.
2. Select Browser for a printer – Next

I can't get my printer to print. It seems to be stuck on Paused.

If your printer is connected via wireless network, please try the following.

1. Check if WiFi light indicator if enable and has signal strength.
2. Check if your computer is connected to your wireles router.
3. Reinstall the printer driver.

If you have one PC connected to the printer via USB you can share the printer to your Mac computers easily:
If the printer is connected to a Macintosh computer via USB:
1) Open System Preferences
2) Click on Print and Fax
3) Highlight the Printer and Check the box Marked "Share This Printer On The Network"

If the printer is connected to a windows computer via USB:
1) Download "Bonjour Print Services for Windows" from Apple's website
http://support.apple.com/kb/dl999
2) Install it on the PC connected to the Printer.
3) After Installing the Above, Run the Bonjour Printer Configuration Utility and select the Printer you want to share and it will share it over the network to all your apple devices.

More than one computer but only one will print.

Try removing the printer from the network and uninstall the driver from the sys that doesnt print and reinstall the drivers and after that connect the printer to the network. It will work
