Inserted new ink cartrage, but printer saying remove tape from the ink cartrage. I've done that but it still say error. Also the not printing correct. I've had the ink cartrage for a while could that be...

Clean the contacts of both the cartridge and the print head with some alcohol. Reinsert the cartridge.
Power off the printer and wait 1 minute. Power if back on and then make it go thru calibration cycle if it
has one.

Color ink cartridge says empty i just filled it

When you put in a "new" cartrage the printer sens an electrical charge to the cartrage to set it up properly. So I would treat this as a new cartrage, rather than a refilled one. Go to the printer menu and re install the ink cartrage in question, it should recognise it and start the function as a new one, good luck

Dell 922 All-In-One Printer will not print anything

The printer does not feed paper from the tray and then states that there is a paper jam. I have removed all paper and there isn't a paper jam. It will feed paper through the lower roller and straight into the printed paper tray, but will not feed a new sheet.
