How to reformat the phone?

formatting your phone will set back your mobile to its original setting.

to be able to do this, just go to settings > initial set-up > master reset

* If you choose master reset - this will just reset your setting to default.

* if you choose master clear - this will erase all content of your mobile including your contacts, messages etc. be sure to back up your files first before doing this method.

* if ask for the code

default unlock code is - 1234
default security code - 00000000

good luck.

How to reformat Sony PlayStation Portable (PSP) Console?

To do a factory restore on the PSP just hold the power button up until the system fully powers off. Once the system is fully powered off hold all at once start + select + square + triangle, while holding these four buttons turn on the PSP, once the PSP is on let go of these buttons, it should take about a mintue or so for the PSP to load back up. You should see the settings you first saw when you first turned on your PSP.

To reformat the memory stick just go to settings > System Settings > Format Memory Stick,
be aware by doing this you will lose all the information stored on your memory stick, including music, pictures, games, etc.... Hope this helps, best of luck, don't forget to rate :)

check on windows control panel - computer management - disk management, you might find there is a hidden partition using all the space.
Try to reformat the whole flash disk , right click on it in MY Computer and click format. NB this will erase all data on the memory card

My K770i says to reformat but i do not wanna lose my pics

Cellphones have a nasty habit of being very picky about how their memory cards are formatted (especially verizon phones). You will need to plug it into a computer and remove everything off of it. Most multi-media card readers will accept this format of flash media. If you still wish to use it in your phone afterwards you'll have to let it format it.

you can recover photos from reformatted sd card with a professional photo recovery program, here's how you can do it
1. Do not save any new file to memory card.
2. Connect your card to computer. You should see memory card shown as a drive letter (like H:) in My Computer.
3. Download recovery software, recommended asoftech photo recovery (simply because i was using it and it worked), download the program from
http://www.softpedia.com/get/System/Back-Up-and-Recovery/Asoftech-Photo-Recovery.shtml
4. Install and open the photo recovery program, select your memory drive, and click 'Start' button to start scanning process which will find your lost photos.
