The convection fan won't stop even when it's not being used.

The fan stops when the door is opened and the switch on the door is not pressed down by the door. Could it because of the oven thermostat fails or the relay on the control board that regulates power to the fan circuit fails?

Check the switch that power it on. Probably stuck in "on" position.

Testimonial: "If I leave the door on open position, meaning the switch on the door is not pressed by the door, the fan will stop. Could be the thermostat failed or the relay on the control board that regulates power to the fan circuit?"

Obviously, the switch by the door is working properly if it shuts off when you open door. So why are you concerned with a "relay that regulates power to the fan circuit?" U make no sense what so ever, and if you really want help I respectfully suggest that you clearly and accurately describe the nature of the problem that you are having.

How do i make my convection fan turn off when i open the oven door

It sounds like there should be a switch on the door and it is malfunctioning. I would contact the manufacturer as it should be covered under warranty if it is malfunctioning. Especially for a $10,000 oven.

I have a imperial convection oven that I just purschase and operated fore 4 days, and the fan stoped working any idei what would cause this?

You don't say what model. Some Imperial ovens have a cool-down switch that lets the fan run with the doors open but not in cook mode. That is a starting point.

Kitchenaid gas/convection stove oven door locked & won't open

F5 - E7 Self clean latch will not unlock

Remedy:

1. If door latched:
  1. Disconnect power from unit.
  2. Check wires and connectors from control to door switch, then from door switch to control. If no damage to wires and all connectors okay, proceed to step C.
  3. Replace door switch.
  4. Re-apply power.
  5. Press and hold any key down for 1 minute to clear F5 failure code from memory. F2 will appear. Press CANCEL and observe for 1 minute to ensure operation is correct.
2. If door not latched:
  1. Disconnect power from unit.
  2. Check wires and connectors from control to latch switch, then from latch switch to control. If no damage to wires and all connectors okay, proceed to step C.
  3. Repeat steps A and B for door switch.
3. Measure door switch (door open = switch open small low voltage terminals). Replace switch if defective.
4. Measure latch switch (unlatch = switch open, CAUTION - oven light contacts are closed). Replace switch if defective.
5. If corrections are made in any step, reconnect power to control. Press and hold any key for 1 minute to clear R failure code from memory. F2 will appear. Press CANCEL and observe for 1 minute to ensure operation is correct.
6. If failure remains, disconnect power and replace control.

Note: Applies to all F5-E... codes.

I opened the door of the microwave oven but I could feel hot air

is yours a convection and microwave combo oven? if yes the fan is a cool-down fan to blow cold air over the magnatron tube. Microwaves are designed with a multiple number of safety switches usually 2 or more in the door that the magnatron (the thing that generates microve energy) could never come on with the door open.
