Can I get en owners manual for a Toyota 83 Phoenix mini motor home

This is a very obscure model from Japan, for the Japanese and Australian market. We don't have it in North America. Look on the lid of the fuse boxes. Search is leading me to the Corolla and for that, there are two fuses marked 'Power Windows'. Did you look in your owner's manual? The issue may be the relay, the motor, or a broken wire in the loom between the door and body.

On the mini vans, its a 20amp fuse number 5.

the L-45 was the 4 speed trany toyota used, but only he will know what year tranny he used in the truck as some are interchangable, just make sure a good job was done ,
