Question about Toshiba Satellite A135-S4527 Notebook
Most batteries have a "Battery Check" button right on the battery with a bar-graph indicator to tell if the battery is any good. If the battery check doesn't show good, replace the battery. If the laptop is left plugged in all the time, the battery may well be "cooked" I've seen 6-month old batteries cooked to death this way. And I mean there was just nothing left, like the battery wasn't even there.
