Before you send it out for repair, try the following:
Confirm that you have the latest driver for your display.
Also check the scroll settings on your touchpad, there have been issues on other models where a cross-scroll starts and causes the diplay to "shake" You can check this through "Device Manager" as well, and check "Mice and otehr pointing devices"
