Chain saw won't keep running

There are 2 adjusting screws, one is idle speed and the other is mixture. Adjust the idle screw until it keeps running. That may be all you need. But to check that the mixture is right turn the mixture screw, quarter turn at a time, keep count! until it flutters or speeds up. If it speeds up stop and adjust the idle back a quarter turn at a time until it runs without the blade turning.

Setting day and date - the day and date change at the wrong tome of day

To sync the correct 12 hour with your day you need to set the date to the day before (if today is Wed 21, then make sure the day window reads Tues 20). Then spin the analog hands until the the date window turns to Wed 21. At this point your watch is reading 12 AM (midnight). Then keep turning to set the correct time. If it is 9 am then stop the hands the first time you hit the 9 marker. If it is 9pm, then keep turning until the SECOND TIME your hour hand meets the 9 marker. This is now set for 9 pm. The day (Mon thru Sun) sometimes needs to be set seperately from the day; it may take a couple of tries but use the directions above and patience and you will achieve your goal.
That's how you do it. If you need more clarification let me know.

Fluttering glitchy screen

if your laptop supports dual monitors then it's a pretty easy fix. Plug in an external monitor and secure the screws. reboot your system and it will recognize the external monitor and set it up as your main monitor. you now have access to all your files w/o the cost of replacing your laptop screen (which would cost about as much as a new one). ^_^

Mitsubishi VS-60705 - picture flutters vertically and horizontally

This sounds like one of the 9 volt regulators on the small signal board is going bad, supplying less than 8 volts. I have seen this is several of those sets. The IC needs to be replaced and if you do not have experience in servicing projection TV's then I suggest letting a qualified tech handle it for you.
