I want to do a mirror print and the index does not give me this information And my picture when printed the color is a different color from original picture

SIr,

Just got throught the chat, But i dint get proper response from your side, so im leaving the solution here

If my solution works please leave me good feedback for my chat by accessinf, My problem link from the homepage and choosing the chat and my id njvinod

The solution:

To print mirror image:

Print the Word document to a PDF file
Open that PDF file with Preview
Choose View, Flip Horizontal
Print it.
You get mirror of the image, To convert ot PDF(download free ODF converter) or if you have acrobat you can directly print to PDF

Color is different from orginal:

THe printing happens from 3 colors, so if any one color is at the final stage you get different from orginal and picture..

Uneven color lines

That is because it is printing the document as text. Not have=ing used a canon I presume it is the same as epson & HP. Instead of clicking the print icon click file print. A box should open allowing you to change the properties, seleect photo

Prints streaks of lines with fussy & unclear colur

Yes cleaning the LED heads do make a difference. If they are even the slightest bit dirty your output will be affected. However the quality of the prints on these printers are not very good. I have 3 of them and all of the product subpar quality (right out of the box) especially with lighter solid background colors.

On card stock (especially coated card stock) you'll notice shading on the entire page. Again this happened out of the box on all three of my printers. I researched this and read that it was an effect of the LED technology.

Also if you look closely at your prints you'll notice that there are bars in your print. These bars look like there could be something wrong with the LED matrix...

I just installed a magicolor 7450 II and man what a difference. No shading, perfect picture quality, and larger banner printing (12" x 47") Of course the price tag is a lot more ($3k)
