how to reformat my nokia 6103 because it has a prob. in mulimedia,..i cant use my phone now cause every time i open it it always sya that i need to check my multimedia settings how can fix it?

If its a restriction code you need, it means that the handset is locked to a network. You need to get the handset unlocked from whichever network it is locked to. As this is a BB5 handset, you can only do this by contacting the network provider.

default codes are either 0000 or 12345 if it is not one of these then it needs to taken into be reset.
