Question about Motorola Mobility Moto Q
I recently bought this Moto Q. When I first switched my handset over it was working fine. Then I plugged it in overnight and the next day it was no longer making or accepting calls or text messages. I've reset it all ways. I've made sure that it says "Phone on"...there is a signal. The internet, MSN, email, sync and Bluetooth work well. I read somewhere that the old software might have given priority to data rather than phone so that if data is being used you won't get calls. I went to the Motorola website to download the latest software and it tells me that I have it.
When I make a call it says "Dialing..." and about a minute later times out with a phone error saying "The operation failed."
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Maybe it isnt programed correctly. U can call your sp to reprogram the device or take it to the store u bought it at and get them to reprogram it.
