Connect the phone to PC with USB portable cable and see whether it can detected by PC or not. If it can be detected by PC, then use data recovery software named Card Data Recovery to scan your phone can recover data with it.

Have you stored all these needed photos on the inner memory card of this phone?
If you have, you can plunge this memory card to your computer alone and see whether it can be read functionally there.
If this memory card can be read functionally on your computer, you'd better copy off all your stored photos to another memory card or drive and format this card immediately to check whether it can still be read on your camera. Otherwise, you have to change another memory card.

First thing you should do is to stop using your cellphone

You can keep your mobile in sunlight without battery ...so that it gets dried......now if the photos gets deleted in your mobile than connect it to your computer in file transfer mode and then you can use a file recovery software to recover deleted photos.....
