I hope that you ordered the correct part, Also there is an idler pulley that maintains the belt tension and that needs to be checked for proper tension.
No filter to be cleaned in the machine. There are however small wire mesh filters in the screw on connectors that connects the water hoses to the machine at either the tap side or where it are connected to the machine inlets. Unscrew the hoses from the tap and machine inlets and check both hose ends if the wire filters are not to clog up over time resulting in slow water filling of the machine. Remove carefully and clean with a nylon brush. Replace again.
turn off the hot water supply and remove the hoze from the machine end valve inlet
in the inlet is a small filter remove it and clean it
if its not too bad perhaps the valves solinoid coil has shorted turns
and wont open fast or fully
check the outlet preasure of hot water from the hoze to a bucket
see it flows fast ..
The problem is the water inlet valve has failed. There is a video on checking this at www.appliancehelponline.com/servicemanual.html it's a different model but the testing procedure will be the same.
You have to remove the entire motor/pump assembly. Two screws in the front, and two on the rear of the metal mount bracket. There are 3 screws holding the pump on you can get to once it is removed.
