Remove the glass to clean the mirrors and lense in the optics section..this should help for an analog copier. You might also clean the charge corona wire, (should be located above the drum)

I HAVE A CODE THAT DISPLAY IN MY NASHUATEC 1805D. THE CODE IS SC194

This error is related to the scanner.
Probably you have a dirty lamp or white plate.
If you are able to do it, try to take the screws of the glass and clean the lamp and mirrors with a dry cloth.
See you!

I have Nashuatec SDM 616 photocopier. I was doing copies when give an error code of SC:302. Please explain the code for me so that my service can use it to service the machine. Thank u

This code is related to a current leak in the Charge Roller.
The first thing i advise you to do is clean the plug of the PCU (fotoconductor unit) and of course the PCU.
If you take out the PCU you will see a metallic pin and a spring (in the back of the machine). Clean it or vacuum it (could be dust of toner).
This should be it.
If that doesn't work you probably have a defective High voltage supply board.
Hope that helps

REASON FOR JITTERING FROM ADF OF NASHUATEC MP 2000

Hi,
how do you mean jittering?

If you have streaks or dirty copies you need to clean the small copy glass, not big one but small.

If you have problems with paper going in or out from dadf curved or similar first look for foreign materials and clean the paper rollers.

Canon pc1080f make dirty double image copys

Sounds like a cleaning blade streaking in the drum modual. If this is a used cartrige it might be full of toner and causing the toner to continue to rub against the drum.
Other problems might be the discharge cortron not working. Sometimes if they have a cortron wire they can arc, even in the blocks on the inside and outer board of the channels. If they can be dissasebled with care, they need to be scrubbed, cleaned and reassembled. Most times the entire channel needs to be replaced.
The wires and channels need to be cleaned. Special care needs to be attended to becuase they are hairlike thing wires, they break very easy.
The machine might have a discharge voltage that may not be working to nuturalize the field on the drum. This would retain old images on the drum putting the old image on the copy over and over.
Some machines have high voltages, called "Bias Voltage" which is monitored by a speical circit board, High Voltage Power Board.
These boards are cortron power supplies, sometimes they do fail causing these types of problems.
Also, a worn out fuser roll can retain old toner on the surface of it, and causing the old image to be put back on the next copy after it. The fuser presure roll can retain toner and it can put dirty images on the back of the copies.
For major indepth service repairs, contact this vendor for a service call by a service technition.

Copy with dirty paper

This machine sounds like it needs a service. Is the paper dirty before it reaches the fuser unit? You can check this by opening the door while the machine is printing (if you're quick), if the dirt is on the copy before it is fused to the paper then the origin of the dirt is in the process area - clean the area particularly check the cleaning assembly and clean the transport bed (the assembly that pulls out with a green handle been turned to the left). If it is after fusing then your fuser roller and/or cleaning web (roller) is worn and/or dirty. Some techs wind back the cleaning web to buy more time - good luck

Nashuatec sp1000 - fuser temp. err.

The fusor errors must be erased entering to service program mode pressing total clear, 1 0 7 and “clear stop for more of 3 sec” later put off and on the copier. But must to indicate that code display, in order to be able to help him. Probably some piece was not placed well, or it was damaged when mounting it.

Produce a dirty copies

Sound like the machine needs a service, The Optics should be cleaned, and adjusted, machine cavity vacuumed out, rollers and belts cleaned, paper feed and fuser rollers inspected. drum and developer checked. Etc, Etc. Once this is done, the copies should be as good as new.

If you need more information, please contact us.

Hope this is of some help.

Hello Bob,
Where are you located? You should be able to find the toner for this machine. Have you tried www.precisionroller.com ?
I am almost positive that they carry the toner and also consumable part as well as replacement parts.
One of the reasons the copies might be dirty, is that the optics, charge wires, cleaning blade, drum, and or fuser unit might need some parts replaced. Without seeing a copy of what the machine is actually doing, or looking at the machine, it's hard to pin point exactly what is going on.
If you have any questions with the machine, feel free to post any questions and I will be glad to help you.
Good luck.
Hope this helps.
