Hello there, I can help you with this issue but need a little more detail.

You say there is a roller assembly that is loose and the roller assembly is jamming up the print head? If that is what you mean by your question then you have some serious hardware issues with this printer, it will not be easily fixed by you as the consumer. If this is indeed the problem please call HP to speak with them about repairs, their number is 800-474-6836.

Thanks much, let me know if that was not the question, but if it was you will need some serious hardware help by someone who can service the machine in person.

Thanks

Tim

My hp2210 All in One will not print and makes a noise like a bearing knock on a car

Feed roller jamming? Or a gear in the transport system damaged, or a roller clip loose or sticking rollers. Only way is to investigate and see if the rollers move freely by hand

Magenta and cyan will not print on my hp officejet pro L7590 -- it started with a paper jam that was corrected - ever since then only the yellow and black will print on the paper -- printheads are good and...

Same thing happened to my printer hp L7590. Printed diagnostic, only black and yellow printed; diagnostic for printhead health Ky=good, MC= good. Only Hp products ever used. Uplugged, & discharged static, cleaned copper parts of printhead. Still no fix. On visual examination of floor of printhead compartment rectangular pad ( approx 1/4" by 1/2") is missing. I can only guess that during the paper jam, somehow the pad got caught up and went awol. Not sure what to do now.

My dcp 150c printer has been jammed for weeks, i have done everything it said in the manual but it won't unjam

This Brother printer could have a piece of paper stuck in it. When a paper jams, assemble the jammed page pieces to make sure all the pieces came out.
A jammed paper can also knock loose the paper detect arm that senses a paper in the machine. This detect arm is usually near the platen (The roller the print head prints against) to detect paper in the machine. If this arm is stuck, it could be sensing paper when there is none.
Rubber paper rollers should all be cleaned with rubbing alcohol or a mild soap solution (I use Windex) to prevent feed jamming.

My HP PS C4180 all-in-one paper jam error

Hello there This may work for you, it has worked for many here I given this advice so gave it a try it could work for you Generally when this happens, something has fallen into the printer, or a piece of paper has been jammed in there.

First step, remove the ink cartridge, and turn the printer upside down and gently shake it, see if anything comes out.

If nothing goes, or you can't hear anything rattling around, get a piece of cardstock paper (60lb or heavier) and gently push this through the printer, to see if it will help push out what might be stuck in there.

And gave the rode that the ink slides on a good clean and maybe a bit oil on cloth and wipe the rod with it.

Also clean The purge unit, called a spittoon assembly in an HP, Lexmark, Caonon and other inkjet printers, is where the print head assembly parks when not in use, also its other job is to clean and make sure the print head is clean and open for printing.

That is where you'll find the print head assembly parked on top of it.
It also has an electrical pump to milk the print heads and test for ink flow.

So clean all under where the heads are parked and on IP6600D models you can take out the heads just by clipping them out, and then clean well.

Please come back and just gave a vote, it will gave me some satisfaction to know am helping some one so I will keep on helping.

Hp officejet pro L7590 - automatic document feeder will not pick up - how do I fix this problem?

Hi
Check the following
--Check the paper in the ADF (automatic document feeder)
--Make sure the ADF pick assembly is in good working condition
--Remove the document feeder and open the ADF cover.
--While lifting the blue-green lever, carefully rotate the pick assembly toward the open ADF cover until it stops.
--Make sure the bottom roller is held firmly in place by the two-catch, which is located to the left and the right of the roller.
--Clean the rollers and separator pad

It looks like the print carriage was stuck. Turn on off the printer, manually move the ink cartridge back and forth a few times, look underneath for dirt or small piece of paper (usually happens when you have jammed paper) or use a blower to clean any foreign objects.

Cleared paper jam &printer will not reset

I had to turn off the printer & disconnect the power cord. I also had some material that was backed up on hold from the night before that was preventing the current material from being printed & I had to go in & cancel the documents to be printed before the printer would function.
