Question about Tyco Radio RC Batcycle Batman

1 Answer

Need 2 Tyco Airblade transmitters, 27 mhz.

My daughters have lost their transmitters in moving. I can find a transmitter for the 49 mhz but ours is the earlier version, 27 mhz. Anyone know where I can find 2? Thanks.

Thanks. I guess I'll purchase one and see what happens. I was wondering if it would work but then I thought there may have to be some special settings for it to control the craft the correct way.

    I appreciate your response!

Does it matter what crystal i use

Yes. You need to have the same color in both your receiver & your transmitter in order for your RC to work. Both crystals needs to be set to the same frequency. Each color of crystal operates on a slightly different range of the 27 Mhz frequency so the signals don't interfere with each other. That way you can drive your 27 Mhz Rustler with blue crystals and not be affected by your friend who is driving his 27 Mhz Slash with green crystals. Although, if another friend comes along and he also has blue crystals, you won't be able to run your RC's at the same time. The crystal in your receiver will pick up the signal from your transmitter and his since they are the exact same frequency.

I have a Prolink wireless 900 Mgh wireless speaker system. I have just moved and have lost the plug in adapter for the transmitter. could you tell me what the adapter voltage is into the transmitter. ...

I have Prolink 900 MHz wireless loudspeakers, probably the same as yours. The transmitter is labelled on the bottom as "CAN 2579 102 1811, UNI-ART PRECISE PRODUCTS LTD". That transmitter comes with an AC/DC adapter whose output is labelled as 12VDC, 300mA, with polarity positive outside, negative inside. Note this polarity is the OPPOSITE of what is typical for AC adapters.

Cant get the transmitter to match the plane

Hi
Somewhere on the transmitter is the transmitted frequency. If a hobby grade unit the frequency will start with 72.xxx mhz. If this is a toy store unit the frequency will start will 27.xxxmhz. Each of these bands will be subdivided into channels. At any rate, the receiver must match the frequency on the transmitter.

Hi ihave brought helicopter ftw 730 but the remote control was not its own .the helicopter ftw 730 remote control frequency is 40 mhz but the one i have is 27 mhz so how can i make as 40 mhz remote...

Unfortunately you can't. You will need to change the receiver or the transmitter so they are both the same frequency range eg 40mhz or 27mhz. Then you will need to check the crystal is the same frequency for the Transmitter and receiver eg 40.25mhz. NB. you can't put a 27mhz crystal into a 40mhz set or vise versa it won't work.
