Key board turning off

The green light under the "1" located in the top right corner of the keyboard (right under where it says "Smart Card Terminal") goes off and on randomly and I hear a "chirping" beep. While the light is off none of the keys function. Is my keyboard dying?

Press the button on the top right side of the key board, if the green light lights up you have power in the key board. Turn your mouse over and the green light should be on if the mouse has power.

Smartcards is done in a PKI environment. Meaning, your PC needs to be joined in a Windows 2003 or 2008 server environment that is requiring usually a double key log-in. You would use an ID card sometimes along with a password to log-in to the machine.

My arrow key fell off my keyboard. the arrow key was located in the lower right had corner of the key board. I recently received it as a gift from my son and daughter in law. I located two of the keys...

You will not find replacement keys for the keyboard, even if you do - they might not be of the same make / color / design... You are better off, getting a new one.
Alternately, you can get an older similar keyboard from ebay / other store and replace just the keys :)

How do i print screen using "smart office keyboard

Hi there!

Just press the print screen button located in the upper right of your keyboard. (Prtsc key) and open the paint program (located in accessories folder). Once you open a new file, paste it from there or press ctrl key+ V key to paste. And then you can print it or save it to your computer.

This should solve your problem.

If you're having trouble with the keyboard lights, hold the Fn key (right next to the left ctrl key) and press F4 to get the keyboard turned on. There is also the button at the top left corner that turns lights off.

Saitek Eclipse II Lighted Keyboard

Changing the default colour involves a little dis-mantling. remove the screws from the back of the board. Carefully remove the rubber feet inserts too as there are 4 more screws under there. Now remove the top section of the keyboard (the bit with the keys) Lay the board down flat and you will notice where the usb cable comes in a circuit board. this has a connector with 4 wires attached to it on the left hand side. the wires are coloured red, grey, blue and black. Remove the connector and swap over the Blue and Red wires. Re assemble the keyboard after reattaching the connector to the circuit board being VERY careful not to overtighten the screws. Now at boot up the keyboard will by default be red.
