Depends on the age of the tablet. If it's relatively new and within warranty take/ send it back as unfit for purpose. If it's out of warranty I suggest that you have it looked at by a good technician, but get an estimate first because you would need to consider replacing as well as fixing. Give it about 2-5 minutes , if that doesn't work try holding the power and volume button until it shows you a reboot option.

Do a hard reset. Hold the power button down for twenty seconds. This is a hard reset if this does not solve the problem I recommend returning it as this is more than likely a manufacturer issue
