The maximum size you get is determined by the space you have available after allowing for side and top ventilation which is critical to the functioning of the Refrig.

Allow at least 2-3 inches either side and 2-3 inches at the top if there are cupboards or shelving over the Refrig location.
measure out the maximum distance in depth you are happy with after allowing an inch or so clearance at the rear so you do not buy a unit that projects to far into the room space.
Then you can check manufacturer sizes and choose a frig brand that fits within that space you have measured out.

The width of my refrigerator is 27. Inches. What is the cubic feet

That depends on how high and how deep the refrigerator is.

For example, if the height and depth are both 27 inches then the volume is about 11.39 cubic feet. If the height is 36 inches and the depth is 27 inches then the volume is about 15.19 cubic feet.

What size is model 54160 refridgerator

The quickest way would be to measure the Volume inside of the unit. Height, Width and Depth. Example: Height 60 inches, width 24 inches, depth 24 inches then divide by 1728(Cubic inches in a Cubic foot 12x12x12). 24x24x60 = 34560 / 1728 = 20 cubic feet

I have a euro-pro sewing machine that i got second hand, came with no manual so i dont know whot to set it to basic stich it has all these knobs and i have no idea how to run it normally

Hello

The stitch dial for the length is located all the way on the right side of the machine and is factory set at the setting "3," which is a 3mm or 1/8 inch length. Turn the dial up or down to adjust the length. For example, the setting "4" is 4mm (5/32 inch) and "2" is 2mm (5/64 inch).

The width of the serged seam is dependent on the needle or by adjusting the knob for the width. With the left needle only sewing, the width is set to 7/32 inch, and with the right needle only sewing, it is set to 9/64 inches. Additionally, by pushing in the width adjustment knob behind the front cover, the stitching can be adjusted manually from 1/8 inch to 17/64 inch wide.

What is the difference between tire size 255/70 and 265/70

Hello Projocs03,

Tires are typically measured tire width (sidewall)/tire ride height/wheel size. The differences of the two tire sizes you published are .4 of an inch difference in width/sidewall. And about .55 in over all diameter which would impact you revs per rotation. Depending on your wheel size.

Attached is a comparison of the two given the variable of 17" rim.

I added the above link so you can research further or change any variables you need to know. However, the most important thing to understand is the impact of your speedometer. Different sizes will have different impacts. For example going to a bigger tire will show a slower speed on your spedo that your traveling.

Good luck
