My maytag neptune spins water out, the tub is empty but when you turn the tub manually you can hear water sloshing and the clothes smells moldy after washing

There will always be some residual water left in the outer tub after draining. This is normal for most washers. Purchase a container of Oxy-clean and cycle the washer a few times using hot water settings with a half-cup of Oxy-clean added to each cycle. This will help remove any organic matter left behind that might be causing odors.

Unbalance when spinning

Unauthorized water gets into the tub ring. Sloshes about and cause unbalanced load even if nothing is in the washer. Rich mans solution: replace inner tub. poor mans solution: drill holes, drain water.

Water leaking from under machine, doesnt do it all the time, but when it does leak it makes a skreatching noise too

This sounds like the transmission making the noise you are talking about. If this is only happening on the highest water level setting and when you have a big load, the tub may be adijating and spinning at the same time causing the water to slosh over the top of the tub.

There's not much I could reccomend that you do if this is the case other than lower the water level setting and load size and/or replace the machine. Don't waste your money investing in a new transmission - buy a new machine instead.

Hello, On Neptune washer serial # 34098916EF, Washer tub fills with about 2 inches of water within hours after doing a wash. When I spin the tub by hand, I hear water sloshing inside. Machine drains fine....

You have a bad water fill valve. Until you get it fixed shut water valves off at the wall so that you don't have a flood if the fill valve on the machine fails completely. Let me know if there is anything else I can Help you with.

WHEN WASH IS COMPLETE, WHEN YOU SPIN THE TUB BY HAND YOU CAN HEAR WATER SLASHING.

The pump cannot completely drain all the water out of washers. There will be some water left in the bottom of the tub that you can't see but here slosh around if you move the basket. If your clothes are not wet, this is probably normal.

Water remains in tub after spin cycle

Have you tried to clean the drain hose on the back of the washer? It may have build up inside that you are loosening up by using bleach.

Clotes come out soaked

The spin bearing or basket drive maybe worn or seized. Lubrication maybe needed. The motor starting torque is not sufficient to spin the tub during start-up. Check also the motor rotor. When turned by hand, it must spin freely. Lubricate if necessary. Otherwise the bearings/bushings are worn out and needs alignment or replacement. You may need the service of a qualified appliance repair technician.
