Question about Computers & Internet
I have a Dell mini laptop and I got a read disk error as soon as I turned on my laptop, the bad thing is that since its mini I can't put a disk in, so I can't put the recovery disk in, what should I do?
Unfortunately you will have to have an external usb drive to connect to it.
I would go to walmart and purchase one and keep receipt--use it and then return it.
Also you can see if you can get into Safe mode (F8 at bootup) and one there go to start-->run and type cmd
Then type chkdsk /r
and see if that will run a checkdisk and repair the drive on next restart
