My pro-96 is shorting out where the power plugs

My pro-96 is shorting out where the power plugs in.If I wrap the cord around the plug-in portion, it works fairly well. Checked the board and all solder points seem tight. Not sure what to try next.

take unit apart replace power jack there the power jack is shorting out insided the jack
