Question about Rosetta Stone Spanish (Latin American) - Level I: Personal Edition Full Version for PC, Mac
Rosetta Stone installed fine and was working fine (did 2 lessons). I shut down and went back to it later in the day. I was able to open the program without a problem, but when I click "start" to continue my lesson where I left off nothing happens. I don;t get any errors, but the program just stays at that front screen. HELP!

you may need to buy/download them off the internet, programs often want to keep you buying things for long periods of time. if you want to learn another language, i suggest www.livemocha.com it's free to learn another language. You are put in contact with someone who knows the language fluently or has it as their native language.

1.)Open BitDefender Antivirus in Expert Mode,
2.)click on the Antivirus module
3.)under the Shield tab click on the Advanced Settings button.
(BitDefender Active Virus Control Settings window should be displayed)
4.)adding an exclusion for Rosetta Stone solved the problem
If you have any other antivirus software

I solved by going to Control Panel, Sound, Recording, then click on your mic and click on Configure, and then Set up microphone... Thats probably going to fix your problem... That easy... xD

When such problems occur the first thing to do is identify the meaning of the error message. The error message above has a follow up in the program which says click ok to continue. When you clicked ok what was the next thing that happened?
Also try restarting your unit and installing the program again.
