Lightening came in on my TV. First I replaced the Sanyo DP50842 Main Board 1LG4B10Y10500 Z6WE because I still had power but nothing else and I could see a burned place on it. It worked about 30 minutes and then went totally out. No power at all, so I ordered the Sanyo 50" DP50842 B109-J01 N0AB3FK00001 LCD Power Supply Board Unit Motherboard. This time there was no burned place on the other board. It worked about a week. Then it went totally out again, no power at all and I see the spot on the Sanyo 50" DP50842 B109-J01 N0AB3FK00001 LCD Power Supply Board Unit Motherboard has the same area burned on it again, but no power either this time. Thanks for any info you can give.

I doubt that moisture damaged the SMPS bd.
There are many circuit boards in your set and it will take a trained samsung tech to find the problem.

I looked around for a power supply for you and turn up nothing. I see your problem. Nobody is selling. Best just to fix the board itself.
What I would do is get a Service Manual over the internet. Nodevice.com is selling the Service Manual.
Usually cost under $20. It will help you diagnose the source of the problem and fix it by soldering in the new part. The Service Manual will give you circuit diagrams, schematics, test points, and part number lists. And most cases the new part cost less than $15 by searching on the internet with the part number.
It's possible that it's just a bad capacitor or transformer on the power supply board. Cheaper than replacing the board.
I hope I solve the problem for you.

this issue is related to either the y sustainer and z sustainer boards, checking the fuses on the y/b will giving you a good indication, if they are open(bad) then you'll have a easy fix, if not, i would try replacing the y board first.
