here are some options:
1st: If you are using IE go to tools >internet options >security. Click on the "custom level" button, go to the scripting section and disable active scripting. If you are using Firefox go to tools ? options ? content. Click on disable Javascript.
When you go to Yahoo mail it will indicate that you must use Classic and will give a link. Once done you can return to the previous Javascript settings.
2nd: to revert to Classic Mail. Lower your screen resolution from the Control Panel, then Display and the Settings tab. As soon as it's too low for the new mail, you will get a message displayed asking if you want to switch to Mail Classic. Click "yes". (The usual setting is 1024 x 768 for most monitors.)
3rd: At the very top of the screen once you log into yahoo it should give you the option to go to classic yahoo mail. I am not fond of the new one either and thats what i did

in your web browser, go to the Yahoo! Mail home page (http://mail.yahoo.com). Sign in to your account using your Yahoo! ID and password, then click the yellow Sign In button. Once you've successfully logged in, you'll see your email folders on the left and the What's New and Inbox tabs in the middle. Choose the Mail Classic option
On the upper right side of the page, there are three links -- Mobile, Options, and Help. ClickOptions, and when the drop down menu appears, choose "Mail Classic..."
Try switching to classic format in yahoo mail options, seems to have solved the problem for me. The problem seems to be "ad/bluelithium" that shows in the address bar when you are cut off. Must not have gotten to classic yet.
First thing I would like to know, if your mail interface kept in Classic version or All New mail.If it's in classic version try clearing your browser cache. If it's in All-New-Mail Version change your Display setting into 1024x768pixels or 1128x1024 and try. if still it not helps copy and paste this below link in your browser for getting classic interface and signing in. http://us.mc1141.mail.yahoo.com/mc/welcome?.gx=1&.tm=1286426068&ymv=3 let me know the result. Thanks
You should try this,.when you done logging in (on Yahoo mail), if you see the message or dialog box-"YAHOO MAIL CLASSIC" just click it..maybe the new settings of yahoo does'nt support your internet browser.
