Question about IBM Computers & Internet
My Lenovo 3000 N100 lcd screen works fine when plug into an external monitor and seems to work fine when the screen is set at a certain angle when opened. The problem occurs when I push the screen back too far beyond a certain angle. What I see on the screen is that it starts to just become a stable completely white color screen. AND when I adjust the screen back towards the keyboard, the display comes back to normal.
I search the internet and got an idea that it may be that the lcd flex cable might have been loosened from the motherboard. Is this right or is it something else.
Thank you in advance for your help.
From your description it sound like you have a faulty video cable or the video connector on the motherboard is loose.
Reseat the connector and it may solve your problem.
