Install Windows XP!
But back-up your drivers first.
Or take not of what they are called.

Windows XP Media Center Edition if you like High Quallity Graphic's.
Windows XP professional if you want Speed and multi tasking.

Or Windows Vista Home Basic.

Make sure you do not obtain illegal copy's. They can lead to viruses on install.

I have a Nikon D80 camera. I somehow, unintentionally turned on the preview screen that shows all of the info. I don't want any print on my screen, no highlight, no RGB, nothing but picture.

If you were seeing a preview on the LCD monitor on the back of the camera, then there was something seriously wrong with the camera. Nikon did not introduce the LiveView feature until later models.
If you're asking about review instead of preview and seeing graphs or lots of data, press up/down on the multiselector to cycle through different views of your pictures until you get to one you like.

My nikon d3100 has this thing where when i take a pic or when i preview the picture it shows te picture small in the corner and shows a graph and all the info about the picture. How do i make it go back to...

Press up/down on the multiselector to cycle through the different views of your photo.

The sound wont work at the same time with picture

You may be using a laptop with a mic as well as having a webcam with a mic.
Try setting the webcam mic as default.
Vista
TEST SPEAKERS
Right click on speaker icon in System Tray or from Control Panel
Select "Playback Devices"
The speaker icon ( checked as working) and volume level graph should be visible
Right click on the volume graph and click "Test"
Left hand speakers followed by right hand should be heard

SET DEFAULT & TEST MIC
Click "Recording" tab.
To set required (webcam) mic as default - click on mic font to highlight and click "Properties"
In lower dropbox display "Use this device enable" click 'OK'
Click "Levels" tab and ramp up sliders ( adjust to suit later)
Return to "Recording". Test mic by speaking and make sure volume graph displays

Restart computer

Configure webcam to your chat program

I got the error like 80070450 cannot run preview graph. please try to solve it

First plug out your cam and remove the driver from the PC, then restart and install the latest driver for the webcam (here is the link http://global.msi.com.tw/index.php?func=downloaddetail&type=driver&maincat_no=132&prod_no=618 )
and then plug the webcam while connected to the internet. Cheers!
