Call Quickbooks and explain the situation, have a magnifying glass handy to read the tiny engraved lettering in the center of the CD disk.
If you have some kind of sales receipt, or other "Proof of Purchase" have it handy too.
They can create a new product key for you.
This method will only work if you have a legal (Mfg. origional) copy of the program.
Perhaps you wanted me to come to your house and look in the trash can for whatever slip of paper that has the activation code on it?
