Are ac and rear wiper lights flashing?
Under the dash on the passenger side is a round object that is the blower motor housing, with the key on and fan control switch turned on and tap the housing a few times. If that works its time for a new blower motor. If not check fuses and relays.
You possibly have a bad blower motor resistor. It is located behind the glove box. First check to see that there is power to the blower motor on the black wire at the blower motor. If there is power than ground the dark green wire at the blower motor. if the blower motor runs at full speed than the resistor is usually the problem.
you can also check for continuity between the dark green wire and the dark blue with grey wire at the resistor. Note where those two wires are in the connectors. remove the connectors from the resistor. check for continuity on the pins in the resistor where those two wires where attached. If there is no continuity than the thermo fuse has blown in the resistor and the resistor will need to be replaced.

the resistor is behind your glove box. open the box and push in the sides to release it and let it hang down...the resistor is right there. I didn't try to replace it, a friend did it, but the part was under $20.

Hi ,The resistor is in the heater box located under the dash on the passenger side.It can be seen when you crawl under the dash and look up. It has two or three bolts on it. It will also have a plug connected to it, which has to be disconected.

Look under the dash on passenger side and just to the left of the blower motor housing you will see the 4WD control module.Remove the 2 screws holding the module and let it hang down and your resistors are behind this.Remove the 2 screws holding the resistors and remove.
Now I am assuming you have manual climate control and not electonic.

it's the blower motor resistor , it's behind the glove compartment, just make sure you disconect the neg. for battery first, open the glove comp. and pull the rubber stops towars the center so you can let the glove comp. hang all the way to the floor , the resistor it's in front of you, disconect the two conectors there's one big with 6 0r 8 wires coming out and another with only two, take them out by pressing on the side of each one, remove it , put the new one on , conect the battery and your done. it's about $ 13.00 at o'riellys auto parts .
I hope this fix yor problem.

Caravans are notorious for having bad fan control modules. It is a little electronic box mounted on the inside frame rail on the driver's side just behind the radiator. You have to look from underneath. It can't be seen from the top.
