Reload handheld software might fix it...you can download from blackberry.com and follow the instructions there to install it on the phone. that doesn't work, it may need to be replaced.
also, before reloading the handheld software, use the desktop manager to create a back up of the information on your phone to avoid losing all your contacts, messages, etc. you can ask if you need details on how to do that.
