Hey Erin. You appear to have a check engine light. I would recommend having it checked with a scanner then go from there.
Also, how long has it been since you last serviced it and what did the service consist of ?

My 1999 Lincoln Continental has a Flasing little red light on the dasborard, drivers side pointing to the outside and I can not get to go off ?? Help

That is the security light. It flashes at a steady pace to show that everything is ok. And to keep theives from messing with it because it has an alarm. It is normal. Im not sure if you can turn it off or not. Here is a link where you can download a manual for the car and it tells about it. I hope this helps.

My 1994 Lincoln Continental dcl light keeps coming on and then afterwards the the oil pressure light comes on. What is the problem?

it is a very common electrical problem with digital displays on lincolns, and unless you have extensive wiring experience, I'm afraid that your only option is to replace the display itself, I had to do it on my own 1990 continental twice before the problem went away, my brother's 94 continental still has that issue...luckily most auto salvage yards have these parts available, some even let you pull them out yourself, which makes things even cheaper, I hope this helps.
P.S. if you need instructions on how to take out the display let me know (or go and buy Chiltons)

1999 Continental will not start

I think the anti theft anewer is correct. I have an extra key for my '99 Lincoln continental that apparently doesnt have whatever "chip" it needs in it. If you try to use that key it cranks but won't start. I don't know if the key "chip" can fail or not. Maybe a quick conversation with a lock smith will shed some light on the problem.
