Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

I have no instructions with my phone

1. Plug phone in telephone jack.
2. Wait for it to ring.
3. If it does not ring for 7 days, check for dial tone.
4. When phone rings, lift receiver, put it to your ear and say 'Hello?' politely into the mouthpiece..
5. If it is a telemarketing call, say 'No, thank you' and hung up gently. Slamming the receiver down hard only hurts your new phone. The telemarketer only hears "click".
Avoid yelling and using foul language; this will make the telemarketer very unhappy because he failed to upset you.
6. If after 30 days none of your friends call you, lift receiver, wait for dial tone and dial their numbers using the keypad.
Call them at 4am, preferably on a Monday, and when you hear them, say 'HEY BUDDY!!! GUESS WHO!!!' andmake sure they have your phone number and get them to call you back right away to prove it.

When I make calls I can't hear the phone ringing or anyone pick up on the other line, but they can hear me. I can't hear the "please say a command" voice either or check my voicemail. My phone...

Please go to menu -> profile -> Select general here. if that too doesnot resoles escalate the service opearot as the ring tone is operator specific.

K800I problem. phone rings but can not hear recipient.

Hi! I think your phone`s microphone is broken, or the software had crashed. In both cases you need to go to a service. Anyway, these are cheap to repair. If you have a data cable try to update your software using the soft that Sony Ericsson provided with your phone or data cable, or download it from here: http://www.sonyericsson.com/cws/support/softwaredownloads/detailed/pcsuite
