Click on the Libraries button again and you'll see you now have a new menu item showing your archived libraries. Click on this and choose the library you want to access. From this menu, you'll be able to see a list of the books that have beenarchived.Mar 15, 2018

This could take a bit of time. Check to see if you have an app icon called Downloads and click it. Sometimes it has the files there. --Particularly if you have downloaded it and not opened in in a reader. Some readers move the files.

I like FBreader and its sidekick, FBReader TTS+. It also has supplementing apps like Bookshelf. (I also like Pocketbook, which operates from an entirely different kind of menu). If you install FBreader and run it, then fire it up. Once launched, press in the center of the top menu bar. That should pop out what looks like a stack of pancakes on the left top. Press that stack. Choose Library. After a screen pops up, look at the stack on the left again. Press it. You see File Tree in the list? Tap it. Holy smokes, you are looking at a lot of strange folder. A couple of them are of special interest. Tap SD card. If you are lucky, you will see a folder named Books and a folder named Download. Both probably have books you have downloaded. There are simpler ways to get to read the books of course, but now you know where some are stored. You can back out of the menus with your android "back" button and get back to Network library which you can use to load books from the web. The Library file is for what you have on your Android.

You could find them in the same spot, on the SD card, if you install ES File Manager from Google Play. Run it and get ready to browse around.

The Calibre app and program will be of interest to you at some point. And, you will discover the Overdrive app which will access a network of libraries in your state if you have a library card.

You will be able to find help files for all these applications. Hope this helps. But if all you want to know is where your downloaded books are at the present, look among your apps for Downloads icon and tap it.

Log into your Amazon account and go to "Manage your Content and Devices". Find that book and click on the actions button. You will see a "deliver to" link and you can send it to any of your devices.

If you have piles of books in your iPad, you may want to delete books from iPad to free up iPad storage space. I suggest you put your complaint in writing and send it through the old-fashioned post by recorded delivery addressed in very large letters "COMPLAINTS DEPARTMENT". Give as much detail as you can naming those you have already corresponded with along with the dates and times.

Tell them you want the glitch in your account sorted and either the books you have paid for or a full refund plus a little for your expenses. Give them 14 days to reply or you will take legal advice.

When you buy a book it goes into your library. You can access Amazon Kindle via the Amazon website and check your library to make sure the book you bought is listed there. If it is not, then something went wrong and your sale didn't register. If your new book is listed in your library then it is available. Make sure your Paperwhite is connected to the Amazon Servers via Wi-Fi or 3G if yours has that option and touch (Cloud) you should see your new book listed in your library. Touch it and it should start downloading. It should not take long for the download to complete and the book to appear on your Homescreen. New books should automatically download the first time you connect to the servers after you buy it. But if they don't for some odd reason manually touching them will cause them to download.

Download all the archived and unarchived books and save them to your computer. Never deleted these.
You have two options for the archived books.
Un-archive them and they will appear on your nook and download as you see fit.
OR... Sideload them. Which is probably what you did before since archived books already disappear from your My B&N Library and would have had to be in your My Documents Library.
Not exactly sure what you mean by 'does not go to my nook' when you try and save/download from the website.

There is no specific email client on the Kindle so you can only receive your emails via the experimental web browser and using a web mail service to access your mail.
