Question about Panasonic SC-EN7 CD Shelf System

All functions turn on, but i can listen to music. The output integrated circuit is broken

I unknown the output integrated circuit of this product, because the defective is unreadable. Please send me the part number to buy it. Thank you

    The manufactrer is PANASONIC and the model is SC-EN7.

Hi there OSKY,

I would suggest that you try and obtain the service manual for this system of yours. Usually from the manufacturer or an alternative source.

The model number and the manufacturer are listed on the rear panel of the sound system.

Once you get the service manual it will list the correct part number and the type of IC installed in that particular model..

You havent listed the model or manufacturer for me to search my own service manuals , so I cant provide you with the IC part number...without a good description of it..

BCM - body control module a computer that controls functions on your vehicle . A BCM controls light's , power door lock's , anti-theft system control , Remote keyless entry , headlamps . On your vehicle three modules make up the body control system .

Serial Data Power Mode
On vehicles that have several control modules connected by serial data circuits, one module is the power mode master (PMM). On this vehicle the PMM is the DIM. The PMM receives 4 signals from the ignition switch.

• Ignition 1 voltage
• Ignition 3 voltage
• Off/Run/Crank voltage

Having trouble with all my speakers except my twitters in a 2007 Saturn Outlook...what do I start with? Fuses are good


Speakers get power from the amp if your system has one or from the radio , if the tweeters work it's not a fuse problem . You like listen to your stereo loud . Blew a channel in the radio or amp ?
Take it and have it checked for DTC'S - diagnostic trouble codes
DTC B1025 01: Audio Output 1 Left Front Circuit Short to Battery
DTC B1025 02: Audio Output 1 Left Front Circuit Short to Ground
DTC B1035 01: Audio Output 2 Right Front Circuit Short to Battery

Each of the audio output channel circuits (+) and (-), at the radio and audio amplifier (if equipped) have a DC bias voltage that is one half of the battery voltage. When using a DMM, each of the audio output channel circuits will measure approximately 6.5 V DC. The audio being played on the system is produced by a varying AC voltage that is centered around the DC bias voltage on the same circuit. The AC voltage is what causes the speaker cone to move and produce sound. This voltage will vary depending on what type of audio is being listened to, talk or music, and type of music, as well as the volume setting of the system. Low volume and talk settings will measure around 1V AC and less, where constant music may measure 3 V AC and slightly higher.
Do you know how to do DC voltage testing ?
Without Amplifier without UK6
Ignition OFF, disconnect the harness connector at the appropriate speaker.
Radio ON, test for 5.0-7.5 V between the signal circuit terminal A and ground.
? If less than the specified range, test the signal circuit for a short to ground or an open/high resistance. If the circuit tests normal, replace the radio.
? If greater than the specified range, test the signal circuit for a short to voltage. If the circuit tests normal, replace the radio.
Test for 5.0-7.5 V between the signal circuit terminal B and ground.
? If less than the specified range, test the signal circuit for a short to ground or an open/high resistance. If the circuit tests normal, replace the radio.
? If greater than the specified range, test the signal circuit for a short to voltage. If the circuit tests normal, replace the radio.
If all circuits test normal, replace the speaker.

I have a 2010 cobalt lt. Today both my feont speakers quit working. And now my turn signals make no noise. Or the door chime or the seatbelt indicator does not work. What causes this and how do I fix it?...


The chimes an turn signal noise come out driver door speaker . Both front speakers not working could be a blown circuit fuse inside the radio or just blown front speaker channel . Your best bet , take it to a GM dealer or someother qualified repair shop . You have no idea of the complexity of this . The radio can set DTC'S - diagnostic trouble codes , believe it or not !

The radio provides a remote amplifier mute output circuit to control overall muting of the remote amplifier. NAD M3 power light turns red immediately and PROTECT message displays. Amp keeps functioning but volume control doesn't work up or down.

Check the connection to speaker with this amp, for any short or any other fault. disconnect the outputs, ie, speakers from the amp, and switch it On, and see the protect display comes or not. If it comes, the fault is internal and the set need service.
Your M3 dual Mono integrated amp, is of high output power and its outputs are protected against any overload or short circuit. If the system detect any among this condition specified above, it will show protect mode display.
Never load this amp, as protection display is there, as it may damage the speaker or its internal power amplifier section circuits, may cause more money to get it repaired. OK.

you need to check the power supply of the amplifier with the help of a voltmeter. if that is OK the power amplifier IC(integrated circuit) is gone bad, see for overheating of IC.
