If it's a remanufactured cartridge take it back and exchange it for one that works.

just remove all cartridge and u will find the stell plate wich is movable from there u can remove the paper

Don't try and refill this on your own, you'll only have difficulty. Buy a reasonably priced compatible, that is "remanufactured" -not 'refilled'. It's not just toner that makes it work. The drum, cleaning blade, and doctor blade (at minimum) need to be replaced for proper operation, and there is also a toner waste hopper that needs emptying or it will overflow on second cycle.

do you use genuine canon replacement cartridge or OEM cartridge? if it is OEM or refilled one there is a problem however there is a trick to reset the cartridge chip,otherwise you cant use it.If it is an original canon it should not be a problem at all..Regards
