Hi, thanks for looking at my problem.
To be honest, I replaced the original 4x 2700uF/6.3v with 4x 3300uF/16v, because my shop didn't have them on stock. I am sorry I didn't mention those values.
I myself am/was a electronic (computer)technician, and I supposed those caps were all in the +5 voltage line, so the bigger values could not harm anything. But I am no expert on PC Motherboards, so if you suggest that this could be the problem I will order the right ones.
    I also replaced 2 x 1500uF/10v with 2x 1500uF/16v and
    6 of the 9x 1000uF/6.3v with 1000uF/10v.
But while posting my problem, I thought that wouldn't be the problem.
I hope you can give a solution...
I really thank you for taking the trouble to dig into this.

    Kind Regards,

Did you replace the capacitors with ones having the same voltage rating?

I doubt that the cap voltages are a problem. Have you defaulted the bios settings yet? Also check for stray solder on the board. Inspection is priceless. If the bios has a PC Health page, check the reported voltages etc.

Steering wheel ceases up during right hand turns at slow speeds. It doesn't happen often, but everytime it was during a rainstorm and I was going around 5-10 mph.

The belt that drives the p/s pump is getting wet and slipping. Replace belt, check tensioner and look for missing engine splash shields.
