Ive already master reset it twice amd still the same result

Hopefully you have done a backup.
Seeing that you have tried the master reset I guess the electronics may be faulty? Have you got it wet recently?
The only alternative now is to
Take it to the shop you purchased from or one of those tech guys in the walkways of most shopping centres.
Or a Samsung smartphone service / support repair facility.
I gave up on mine this weekend and bought the new Apple iPhone 6S Plus on a carrier plan. Apple have an free App to transfer all the data across. The Samsung seems like a toy compared to this baby. Not only a great phone but their service centre & support was excellent.
We often don't think about where we can get good service & support when we buy a new classy looking phone!
