When i try to turn my phone on it goes to power up and it lights up SAMSUNG and thats all it will do i cant even use my phone anymore whats wrong with it and/or what do i do to fix it

Apparently, the phone was requesting for a network unlock code. It hard locks when a wrong code has been insert for a number of times... You'd have to try to flash the phone

This happened to me earlier this year. I took it to At&t and they couldn't find anything wrong with my phone. So they gave me a brand new one. I've had it for about the same amount of time and it is doing it again. I'm not sure what to do. Considering i'm not with at&t anymore, they probably wont do anything.

This what to do to solve your problem.

Enter the wrong code three times and it will request for PUK code.

Get the PUK code form the back of your starter pack or call your service provider to give you your PUK CODE.

Enter the PUK code and phone will ask you to put a new password.

Put your new password and the phone will unlock.

If the cell phone senses that the charging is too strong (that is, if the charger is giving too much voltage that could make damage) the cell phone will react with a message tha tcharging is wrong or by blinking until you remove the overcharging item. Also, it could be that the battery is shorting (internally) and causing the charger to react toa short and the cell phone sense this as incorrect voltage, and thereforeis warning that something is wrong. Try the charger problem by attaching the cell phone to someone' elses phone charger and see if it continues, or if you have or can cheaply buy a car charger adapter for the cigarette lighter outlet; this will tell you if the wall electric charger is at fault or it is the battery.. if you still get the same results with the car charger, hopefully you can go to a cell store or a friend and try another battery before buying one. If a different battery does not stop the blinking, the problem is the phone.. if it is ithe phone, try turning off the phone and wait one minute before turning on.

you left it charging overnight huh? I guess the reason why it's malfunctioning, the temperature must have gone up and due to the heat, damaged small and fine mechanics in your phone. At first I thought it was an LCD problem until I read that you left it overnight, charging. Take it to a cellphone repair store. The repairer will open the phone and see if there's something wrong inside it! Good luck!

Well ...bad news. PUK locked that means your friend typed 10times wrong code and now sim card is locked for good-can not be used anymore.If you are on contract then call your provider and ask for new sim. If you wanna keep your number you can ask your network provider and see if its available(in 95% NOT). Even you'll get the new sim with your number all numbers stored in old sim will be gone.

i got the phone of ebay its a copy from china ive only had a week and wen i go 2 charg it sum times it will and other times it wont but even wen i try and turn it on it comes on for 3 seconds then goes strait off

I now also have that problem- my L73 seems to have frozen with the lens open and wont do anything, i cant even turn it off - no idea what to do!! have tried charging it, but nothings happening anymore!
Can anyone advise me what to do?
