Question about Computers & Internet
I bought it today, but when i put in the batteries and switched it on the laser does not work at al. The computer recognizes the mouse , but i cannot use it. I went back to the shop and got a replacement mouse, but with the same result. What am i doing wrong????
Since you put batteries in it this must be a wireless mouse. Do you have the transmitter/receiver unit connected? Have you pressed the "connect" button so it will start communicating with the mouse? There is a button on the transmitter and one on the mouse, pressing either should connect them.
