Question about E-Machines eMachines Desktop PC
I would suggest that you take this case seriously and perform some normal maintenance checks like these ones that I would tell you.
First, open my computer, right-click on your hard drive, and select properties, then select tools tab, then under the tools tab, you should see error-checking, then click on "Check Now", then select the 2tabs under this and click on start.
It will tell you that it will be done at the next system restart, so click on OK. and restart your system.
Next, Defragment your hard Drive, by going to
the same place, and instead of error checking, you should click on Defragment Now.
All these things are going to take you a lot of time to finish but I'll tell you the truth...they are worth it.
After all these, you can now optionally improve the performance of your system by going to this place : Right-Click on my computer, Properties, then Click on Advanced, then under the performance tab, click on settings, and select 'adjust for best performance'.
This will change the appearance of your system and significantly increase your system speed.
Hope this gives you a great solution.
