Question about Westinghouse SK-19H210S Television
This seldom used 18-month old TV for the kitchen has a good picture, although it is 16x10. It has been off for several weeks and will not power up with the side button, the remote, nor inserting an HDMI cable. It was running on NTSC RF from Dish receiver.
To check for a fuse or to test the power supply, how the heck do you "crack" the case? The 4 screws on the back are not enough to release the snap in back. Any help? -Ken
Look for capacitors that have a bulging top instead off being flat probably the 2200uf 10v cap

Since it's a westinghouse, I would assume it's the power supply.

There is is a plastic cover that comes off of the base. In there are two srews that release the outside frame. I also need to test power supply if you find out how let me know.

Thumbs up! I replaced the (bulging) 2200 10v with 2200 16v and worked great. Thanks for the info
