If it won't turn on, it could be a defective or uncharged battery or, the phone itself needs repairing

To factory reset (or hard reset) your Motorola MB200, please follow the instructions below:

1. Power off the phone.

2. Hold the Camera button while turning on your phone

3. When prompted to, hit the Volume-Down rocker button to go into Recovery Mode

4. In Recovery Mode, press ALT W to reset

5. Then Menu Back to reboot



This will erase your phone completely, restoring back to factory settings. All data will be lost when the phone is wiped.

you either have to do a factory reset on the phone or the previous owner of the phone (assuming there was one) has to release the phone or request a bill by calling nextel

i have never heard of a nextel phone with a "virus" ever, but you can go to menu->setting->advanced->rest defaults->reset all->000000

Phone turns off by itself, sometimes after a few minutes or while it is powering up phone is a i870


virus was affected in your phone pls reset the factory settings and format your memory card your problem will be cleared...
