Hi,
to calibrate coats 850, first you take a balanced wheel, tie it on machine shaft, enter the wheel dimension or wheel data such as distance, width and diameter, the press c90c, start the machine after completing cycle machine stops, add 100gm wieght out side the wheel and run it again, after this complete cycle your machine will be calibrate,
if you have any problem you can sent me email on zafakar@yahho.com
must reply me.
best regards
Zafar

SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

How do I calibrate a Coats 700 tire balancer?

go to google --type in nytechsupply.com and there is a full operatots manual for that machine
you tube states that it is an auto calibrated machine
there is a calibration check procedure in the operators manual and again it states that the calibration is to fine tune for single spin operations.
I found this by typing into google---calibrating a coats 700 tyre balancer and there are pages which included the nytecsupply page.

Drum is very noisy even when spun by hand

The drum may be off balance because a support wheel or bearing is not operating correctly. A drum support wheel bearing could need lubrication or be replaced. Also some drum support wheels have a rubber coating that wears off causing misalignment and noise. Possibly drum gasket (sometimes felt material) where drum meets rear panel is worn allowing metal-to-metal contact--should be replaced. IT HAS TO BE BALANCE if it was shocky related or loose wheel bearings it would have been in evidence before the tyre change ---I would recommend you take it to one of the better tyre only establishments and ask them to balance your 2 front wheels both inner and outer please let me know the result, imay learn something------------------------but I doubt it
