When you put a disc in lcd displays read then self check after a while lcd flashes then goes back to self check ,only way you can get disc out is to unplug and turn on any suggestions plz would be grateful

have tried DVD RAM DVD-R and dvd films still no go i think the waste bin is a good soloution unless anybody wants one for spares

thanks unit3b i left the unit trying to load a dvd ram all nite and in the morning it had reset itself and played now i cant power up ,it blows the small fuse ref -T2H 250v inside the unit any suggestions obviously i changed the fuse and now it just blows when you power up

hello again bigger problem this time i need the power up PCB board any suggestions on where i mite get one from thanks again

try other types of media- it's possible there's a malfunction in the motor drive electronics.
