Question about Tablets & eReaders
My son received a 7s for Christmas last year. Nothing but problems! Fully charged and it won't turn on. It gets stuck on the smiley face screen. I tried holding the power and + volume buttons...nothing. I tried pushing the rest button...nothing! In almost 11 months, he's only been able to use his tablet maybe 6 times!

Hi! I do understand that you are having the problem on the laptop turning on. Try another option, turn off laptop, remove cables and battery, press and hold power button for 10 secs. Reinsert the cables and battery on the laptop. Then turn it on. If the laptop did not turned on, remove the power cable and turned on the laptop. If still didn't, remove the battery and insert the power cable. If still did not work then check if there lights flashed on the laptop when turning it on. If still does not, then you need to contact the pc manufacturer for repair and possible replacement. Otherwise, if there is light on the laptop, then there might be a problem either the battery or the power cable itself. If there is light on the laptop but no power cable, most likely the monitor did not work simply because the battery works due to the fact that there is light on the laptop. On the other hand if there is light when plugging in the power cable on the laptop, then you need to check and insert another battery if it works. Otherwise you need to replace the battery...

Are you using original charger. And I you do and the problem keeps poppig up. Then its the battery its damaged. Replace it if you can.

Try to off it for sometime then on it again then go to settings then try to put a new password.

Can you follow this procedure:
1. Turn off the tablet by pressing and holding the power for 30 seconds and tap shut down. 2. Press and hold power and volume up until an android menu appears 3. Use the volume keys to navigate and power to select. 4. look for factory reset and wipe data 5. restart the device and it should be back to factory settings!
