Try a full reset.
Reset to factory settings
With machine being turned off, press and hold down the Lungo button for 5 seconds. LEDS will blink fast 3 times to confirm machine has been reset to factory settings.
YOU MAY FIND CACTUS IN THE GARDEN BUT YOU COFFEE MAKER NEEDS TO BE CLEANED OUT TRY CLEANING THE SPOUT FROM OUT SIDE WITH A LONG NIDDLE LIKE TO CLEAN THE CHANNEL PLUS RUN SOME WORM WATER TO MELT IT DOWN
sow, you need first do descaling second you need to to clean outlet spout just in case it blocked after this if coffee still does not come out you need to consider changing diffuser normally when you have a faulty diffuser normally the coffee goes in the waist bin at liest most of it
The machine has started the "decalcification" process. When the three lights are flashing just press the three buttons at the same time (with three fingers) and relase when you hear a beep. After that your all good. This happens when you press the three buttons at the same time when cleaning for example. Hope it helps!
I have had this issue. First, check to make sure water tank is filled and correctly in place? Try descaling it; a kit came with coffee maker. (It just removes hard water build up, it may be blocking your water flow.)
If that is not the issue, pull the tray where the used pods are dropped -Is it wet? Like the coffee is pouring into this tray rather than in your cup? If so, I have removed round silver plastic piece from around coffee spout,(gentle -do not crack it) then removed and washed the black spout, I even used a toothpick once, to remove the stubborn coffee ground, Once it was cleaned - it worked perfect. If you run water from the faucet into spout it should flow smoothly. I warn you though, not sure what this does to any warranty, but don't mess with my morning coffee! If the POD tray is not wet, I would tell you not that most likely your machine is not clogged by grounds, so you may not want to take snout apart. I hope this helps.
This problem is most likely
being caused by air being trapped in the system. To fix this, please follow the
following steps: -
- Turn on the Machine, ensuring there is water in the tank
- Wait until the light stops flashing and the machine is ready for use
- Lift the silver lever on top of the machine into the upright position
- Press the coffee button on your machine
- Push the silver lever back, away from you, and hold it in this position for 3
seconds
- Press the coffee button again to stop the water flow
This procedure releases the air blockage in the system and your machine should
function normally again.
