Question about Computers & Internet
I made a recovery to my pc and everything was fine after some reboots asked for some installs..
my dvd/cd ram stoped working, it do open and close and make the noicelike if it was working but it doesn't appear an icon where I can openmy cd/dvd's in my computer, and in the device manager it says that thedevice is working properly.
this is the device: HL-DT-ST DVDRoM GSA-H50L ATA Device
Power up your system, then when the system boots, just right click on my computer, then properties, then select the hardwares tab, then click on device manager.
When you get to device manager page, try and locate DVD/CDrom Drives, then click on it, if your drive is there, then just right-click on it, and select uninstall, and after this, on that same page, click on 'Actions', and select "Scan for hardware changes". But if its not there. Just click on the "Actions, and Then select "Scan for hardware changes".
This should automatically out it back inside your My Computer page.
Hope this helps you out.

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
