Question about Jenn-Air JJW8230D Electric Double Oven
First check to determine if your cabinet face is plumb (level), as sometimes that is the problem. If the entire face of the cabinents are plumb on both side, you'll likely need to either shim the top edge of the upper oven section or remove the oven and readjust the leveling adjustments (or shim the rear of the upper oven assembly), depending on just how far off the oven is from being plumb and level.
I've tried searching for the installation manual for your oven and found three (3) possible model manuals that could be helpful. I've included the link to the Jenn-air site so you can look at each and glean which one would be the most helpful for your issue.
The link will show the owners manuals and installation instructions that should apply for your situation.
