Hello,
Perform a hard reset on your device by pressing and holding your lock screen/power button until your device powers off. If this doesn't solve your problem please set your phone to airplane mode for ten seconds, and then turn it he airplane mode back off. Airplane mode can be accessed through your cell phones settings.
Thanks,
Dish Guy
Hello,
First perform a hard reset by pressing and holding your lock screen/power button until your device powers off. If this does not solve your problem, set your phone into 'airplane mode' for ten seconds, and then turn the airplane mode back off.
If your device is powering off without you pressing and holding the lock screen/power button, unfortunately your device is power rebooting which can be a software malfunction or a dead cell in your battery.
Thanks,
Dish Guy
