RPM magnet which is at the bottom of the electric armature seat is loose and fused in the lower bearing seat of the motor enclosure try to do this with a small screwdriver and make the surface smooth again from the motor housing where small witplastic magnet a very tight space free to rotate, order a new magnet BUT make sure he is glued with a good glue and dried before reassembeld Milwaukee has often into trouble here.
I'm pretty sure that you have a rotary hammer 500 S GOOD LUCK ! position 1236 MAGNETIC DISC (1) 4931426570 by us in Netherlands could be an other number in the states .

SOURCE: Bosch 11316EVS demolition Hammer soft start not

Variable speed control module has failed, however you can still use the tool. Hammering action will improve with a good cleaning of internal parts and apply new grease. Hammering action is caused by air/vacuum cushion between drive piston and driven piston which inturn hits a third piston that actually impacts the bit. If third piston is worn, chipped and lodged with debris, there will be light hammering action. After use, store the hammer with the nose pointing down so that the driven piston will slide to end of cylinder and ready for next use.

Armature for kango 950 240

Unfortunately, Kango is gone - there are very few parts available and most of the parts still around will only be found in Europe now. It really is too bad because they were a great hammer.

I was hammering for a little less than an hour this morning. The plug got disconnected while the hammer was running. Upon plugging it back in, the hammer will not come back on. I checked the breaker and...

did you have the trigger in the locked position, some tools have a safety that you need to release the trigger after plugging back in to reset the switch. try that first.

Kango 900 hammer:\r\nDon't know how to greace the

Milwaukee K900K or the English Kango 900K Blue old or Red some younger handle it differs very much English Kango was using a thick brown grease in 2 chrome colored plastic bags . the Milwaukee K900K has a lubrication grease also not oil but be aware of the operating hours i f you have a K900K model from Brand Milwaukee tools replace also a service kit and the bearings on the armature is important also Its neccesary to protect you from damage
if you have a English Kango its hard and expensive to get a spare parts and most times the tools are worn in the front of the chisel stroke bolds do not get right close and the piston pins are worn it was a good tool about 20 years ago i have serviced much of them . but the first thing thats important that its air-tight in front of the chisel and everywhere thats having a mechanic/pneumatic duty

Milwaukee Services and fill k900k with (IMPORTANT) the right number
