My on and off switch on my Nokia 6233 is broken. What can i do and how much do i have to pay for or is there something to skip that, by to fix the problem by to switch it on the "hang up button"

Take it apart, clean the contacts with switch cleaner. Check the back of the switch for a badly soldered dry joint.

you could try poking something in the hole, pen nib, electrical screwdriver or sumink

Your display circuit is broken, even if the LCD-panel,
seems to be ok the display is damaged.
This is a very common problem in Nokia phones.
The only way to fix this is to change the display.
You need a T-6 Torx Skrewdriver to do the job.

I don't think it is possible to fix it yourself.
Hard reset is not available on this phone.
And if it does not turn on, I can't think of a way to be able to install the firmware via the internet.

As a side note, my phone also turns off and a software reinstallation was not successful at the Nokia service center, they told me it might be a problem with the power IC.

there is no feature available for fast forwarding& RR in nokia 6233
I don't know why they missed this imp function.

you should replace the lcd screen of your mobile phone to the nearest certified technicians to prevent damage to your phone. The best would be at nokia care center.
